Shipping, Returns and Warranty


All in-stock orders ship within a week from Australia with auspost – a tracking number is sent out once the order is ready to ship.

If there are unreasonable delays on tracked items please get in touch and i will follow up with auspost

there is no guarantee or refunds for items lost with untracked envelope option at checkout – use this at your own risk

Even though we provide all the necessary customs information with the shipment, we’re not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
Customers are responsible for the payment of customs fees and taxes applied in the destination country at delivery.


All assembled products are covered by a 1-year warranty.
The warranty covers any issue in the assembled product caused by a wrong assembly or a defective component.
However, warranty does not cover any failures caused by the user as (but not limited to): using an improper power supply, mishandling of the device, exposition to extreme temperature/moisture/dust levels.
Warranty does not cover the shipping fee to return the assembled product to us, however it covers the shipping fee to ship the replacement/repaired device to the user. Once the device has been returned to us, we’ll give an estimate of the time needed to replace/repair it.

This warranty does not apply to pcb and kits, we’re not responsible for any defects cause by a wrong build by the user, although we’ll offer limited support through the forum or by email. Of course, if a part is missing from a kit or was defective, we will send you a replacement for free.


All products can be returned within 30 days after the delivery for a full refund if the product is in as-new condition. Return shipping costs are covered by the user. For any returns, please contact us first.
